Mike Tulchin is an Associate at WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company with a focus on office and retail sales and leasing, and other development opportunities.  Born and raised in the South Bay, Mike has a great understanding of the Beach Cities and the greater Los Angeles area.

Mike attended the University of Arizona, where he graduated with a degree in Letters of Arts & Sciences. With a great love and passion for the Southern California beach city lifestyle, he returned after college and currently resides in Venice Beach.

In his youth, Mike played a handful of sports, but excelled in football. His competitive nature and work ethic is what he finds drives him each day in the Real Estate business. He prides himself in representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords of commercial properties across the Westside of Los Angeles & South Bay cities, with hopes to develop more relationships and opportunities along the way.
